On the 1st August 2012 we brewed on our brand new 10BBL brewkit for the first time having cuckoo brewed elsewhere for the previous 12 months. Eighteen months and two new employees later we began the evolution in both product and branding that continues to this day.
All of the team are passionate about great beer (whoever has made it) and nothing pleases us more than sharing our joy for that great beer with as many people as possible. We all get involved with every stage of our production process from identifying new opportunities, designing the recipes, to brewing, packaging and distributing the beers we make. We love the opportunity to experiment with new ingredients and new combinations of ingredients we’ve used before.
We firmly believe that strong customer relationships are the foundation for a successful business. Our ethos is to make promises we can keep; then keep them.
One of our core aims is to never stop improving. However far we’ve come there’s always one more step we can take to improve product quality, strengthen our brand or enhance our product range. Partly that includes embracing new technology, partly revisiting old recipe ideas, partly improving our processes.
